Hi! I am MaryLou Luhring, a Realtor in the Atlanta, GA metro area. I am known for my caring personality and strategic negotiation skills. What clients, friends, family and people who first meet me pick up on immediately is my love for people. I am passionate about relationships. Everyone matters to me. I always anticipate the needs of my clients and have a gift for meeting their needs. It’s not uncommon for me to help my client stage their home, bring them food while they are in the process of moving, or even entertain their kids while they meet with the inspector to review inspection results. In today's world it is very important to listen to my client’s needs and anticipate, plan, coordinate and execute the details in a meaningful way that enriches their lives.
My career in marketing and sales has made me extremely successful negotiating to win offers for homes. It has also created leverage when selling homes for the highest price possible and negotiating contract details that insure an optimal sales transaction for my client. What I love most is using my gift of finding homes with value. Knowing homes are more than where you live but can provide equity for the future.
More about me: While not working I enjoy decorating my home, hanging out with my husband and 2 yorkies, kitty and visiting with our kids at college. I am very involved in my Church and anything to do with helping people better their lives. When I am not helping clients buy or sell a home, I am cycling, hiking, shooting sports and portrait photography or overlanding in my Jeep. I love anything to do with cars. I would love to have as many as Jay Leno. The area I live and work in allow me to enjoy these activities in abundance. I love real estate so much that I recently purchased my first out-of-state vacation rental in Arizona. It has picturesque mountain views and we love visiting when it is not booked by guests.
I have lived all over North GA. I moved here from south GA over 25 years ago and enjoyed living in many of the north metro areas. This allowed me to get to know all these towns very well.
